General Anaethetic

Treatment under general anaesthetic:

Some patients are best treated under a general anaesthetic. This may be because of the complexity of the procedure, the patient’s health status or just personal preference. Mostly I operate at Lidia Perin Day Care Hospital or John James Hospital and I find that both of these hospitals provide a very high level of care. Even under a general anaesthetic, long acting local anaesthetic is used to ensure post-operative comfort.
